Stayed here for one night with breakfast and dinner included. Service was excellent (best I've had in a long while). Everyone from the receptionist, waiting staff and everyone we interacted with were very friendly and pleasant. The food at dinner was ok, and I suppose you'd say fine dinning, so the portions were small, especially the fish, but not the highlight of the stay for me. Breakfast was decent with a great selection of cooked breakfasts as well as continental style stuff too.
Nice location and the rooms were very comfortable too

Stayed for a winter weekend. Building is an old manor house set in beautiful gardens. The property, and rooms, is a little dated and needs a refurb. Design is VERY early 00's.
You can hear other guests walking around in the rooms above with lots of creaking being disturbing to light sleepers.
Food is reasonable. Probably over priced, but the chef clearly is trying to be contemporary. He/she gets close to true gourmet.
Internet is free and very slow at busy times.
Guests are generally elderly and the bar (24hr) is normally empty by 7pm (according to the staff).
In the summer it is a very busy wedding venue (up to 4 or 5 weddings a week apparently) and I can see it being great for that purpose.
Staff are all positive, helpful, energetic and great. They are the best part of the hotel.

What a wonderful hotel. We had a lovely anniversary break . Excellent food with exceptional service. Great walks in the grounds. Room very comfortable and quiet. Recommend for a special occasion
Rooms: Room was lovely, only one issue was the shower which was overwhelming bath which made it awkward for a 72 year old with bad knees
Food & drinks: Excellent food 5☆ rating both breakfast and dinner. Outstanding wine list.

Excellent service and immaculate inside. Can't comment on the rooms but overall an excellent venue ideal for a wedding or birthday celebration.

Great food and atmosphere. Feels special enough to use for celebratory occasions but not pretentious. Beautiful location but parking can be an issue. Staff are lovely but remember to check your bill as we've been overcharged a couple of times. Not dishonesty but just lack of attention to who is managing your table.

We booked Sunday lunch at Brockencote Hall to celebrate my partners birthday. It was a wonderful and memorable experience. From the moment we arrived, the receptionist, waiters and waitresses were professional, friendly , welcoming and attentive. The ambience was very relaxing and the food was sublime and of the highest quality. We never felt rushed and we thoroughly enjoyed the afternoon. We would highly recommend this venue for that special meal or event.

Our wedding at Brockencote Hall was nothing short of amazing! From the moment we stepped onto the picturesque grounds, we knew it was the perfect venue for our special day. The staff went above and beyond to make our wedding a dream come true.
The venue itself exudes charm and elegance, with its beautiful gardens and stunning architecture providing the perfect backdrop for our ceremony and reception. The attention to detail was impeccable, and every aspect of our day was flawlessly executed.
The events team at Brockencote Hall, led by their exceptional Events Manager Staci, Head of Staff Moira and not forgetting the wonderful Renát, Alisha, Holly, Dan and Jack - all ensured that everything ran smoothly. They were incredibly accommodating and responsive to our needs, making the planning process a breeze.
The food was nothing short of exceptional, and our guests are still raving about the delicious menu (we recommend the lamb shoulder!) and impeccable service. The combination of a beautiful venue, outstanding staff, and gourmet cuisine made our wedding an unforgettable experience.
Our heartfelt thanks to the entire team at Brockencote Hall, who made our wedding a dream come true. We couldn't have asked for a better place to start our journey as a married couple. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a magical wedding venue!
