It was 3 of my pets first stay here recently and I was thrilled with their stay.Staff were lovely & I will 100 % be booking my fur babies in with them again. 💙🐾💙🐾🩷🐾

Absolutely amazing for my cat, she has terrible anxiety from being dumped but it always looked after 10/10

We don’t use kennels often, however when we do we’ve found that our Jessie loves it here!

My 3 boys love it here! regularly come for daycare and my go to place to board them! and getting to see updates on them everyday really helps!

My dog seems to love it here, the staff are friendly and I am 100% happy leaving my dog there.

I am sadden to have to write this review, after attending this kennel for many years. On the last few occasions we have encountered many issues including wrongly book dates, changes to prices with additional charges being added and as existing customers we should of been notified about this prior to booking. I understand prices/times change however my 73yr old father doesn't use Fb as communication. We have made bookings to arrive on the Saturday and then been told there's only capacity on the Friday. Then on questioning the changes being call 'rude' is not the way to resolve the issues. Our dog has returned home 3 times unwell from visits twice with kennel cough and lastly with D&V. The handling of the situation has been less than adequate with gaps in documentation and communication. I understand animals get ill and I am not blaming the kennels for cause of illness currently. However, the follow up, customer service has not meet the standard, leaving many gaps. There seems to be a focuson their 'hard earned money' rather than the animals well-being or preventing issues occurring.

Staff friendly and very reassuring as we left our puppy for the first time for 2 nights to attend a family wedding. Price was excellent xx

Kennel maid was very pleasant, welcoming, and very helpful.she is a great problem solver which puts her clients at ease. She is an asset to the business

The people who run this place are great, my dog loves going and I would definitely recommend
